Ashley Tisdale sells 1920s Hollywood Hills home to Madison Beer for $5.9 million

Few months ago, AD showed you around Ashley Tisdale’s Hollywood Hills home, acquired in 2021. As much as gushed about her freshly decorated abode (“I really like this house,” she said at the time), it seems that she has already moved on. Dirt reports that influencer and pop star Madison Beer just purchased the Mediterranean villa-inspired three-and-a-half-bedroom bathroom. property.

Tisdale bought the 1923 building for $4.2 million and has now sold it for $5.9 million. It is unlikely that Tisdale and her composer husband, Christopher French, made any structural changes to the house. She told us during the house tour that the approximately 4,400 square foot home was move-in ready, so she didn’t need to do any architectural design like she had with previous homes.

But the artist-interior designer mentioned that it was the first home she decorated on her own, without the help of AD 100 designers Jake Arnold and Pierce & Ward, with whom she has collaborated in the past. In fact, the actress has turned her passion for decorating into a full-fledged business, launching her interior design business Frenshe Interiors during the pandemic.

Comparing photos of the home from Tisdale’s pre-purchase listings and after adding its touches, the builder appears to have softened the once crisp white interiors with warmer, plusher furnishings. Items like a &Tradition Little Petra chair and ottoman added style to the master bedroom, and warm-hued sofas in the TV room outfitted the space.

Sunlight softly reflects off the ground floor walls and floods through large windows and glass doors, bathing these spaces in natural light. Divided into three distinct rooms that merge into each other, the living room is marked by a built-in library, a fireplace and French windows that open directly onto a patio. (You may remember the viral moment from Tisdale’s Open Door episode, where she revealed that she had sent her husband to buy books to fill her living room shelves before the video was filmed. May (maybe Beer would take them out of his hands?)

Other outstanding features of the home include an entertainment room with an oversized built-in sofa bed, an outdoor sauna, and a swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation. No word on Tisdale’s next destination, but we know where it is, it will be surrounded by lush green scenery. “I wanted to be surrounded by trees,” she said of this house. “Trees are important to me. I feel like [they are] very healing and nourishing.
