2022 House Parade at Massillon and Championship Circle SE
MASSILLON – The Parade of houses again made the southeast side of the city his temporary home.
The multi-day event coming later this month – hosted annually by the Stark County and East Central Ohio Building Industry Association – includes four houses built inside Augusta Lakes subdivision along Championship Circle SE.

“It’s fabulous to have the parade (of the houses) in Massillon. We’re proud to have them back here,” said Mayor Kathy Catazaro-Perry.
The residences will showcase the latest examples of home building technology, new floor plans, green buildings, energy efficiency, landscaping and interior design.
The home show – which is celebrating its 20th anniversary – is scheduled for October 15-23 in Augusta Lakes, which is off Richville Drive SW and adjacent to The Legends of Massillon golf field. Last year’s event was also held in the Augusta Lakes neighborhood.
Overall, the four houses built by local contractors will be open to the public. The builders are members of the Stark County BIA. Construction of the homes is nearly complete as some minor finishing touches may be needed, according to Joe Race, the organization’s executive director.
The new residences are to be listed for sale in the $450,000 to $650,000 price range, Race said. Parking to view the homes on site is free.
